British Airways, Uber partner on free rides

Uber users will soon be able to earn Avios on every car, coach, or rail ride booked through the Uber app by simply linking their British Airways Executive Club and Uber accounts, according to the United Kingdom’s major airline.InformationGuideNigeria

Members of the airline’s reward program will be able to earn one Avios for every £1 spent on any ride booked on the Uber app in the UK, whether by car, coach, or train, beginning later this month. These might then be used for international flights, upgrades, and extras.JAMB Portal

To commemorate the new cooperation, BA announced that members who link their Executive Club and Uber accounts via the Uber app would receive 250 bonus Avios.

It may be accumulated by flying abroad and spending on daily items, with Uber becoming the latest addition to the British Airways Executive Club to help improve travellers’ balances, according to a British Airways statement.
