This is to inform all candidates who are interested in applying for admission into College of Health Science Jahun that the management has begun the sale of forms for admission into 2023/2024 session. CHST Jahun wishes to announce the sales of Application forms for Admission in to 2023/2024 academic session which is scheduled to commence on 6th March to 6th April, 2023, Interested candidate should visit the website: www.chstjahun.edu.ng to complete the Application form. All candidates applying for Diploma program MUST possess FIVE (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. While those applying for JCHEW, MUST have at least 3 credits in English, Mathematics, Biology and passes in Physics and Chemistry. NYSC portal

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

STEP 2: Click apply to create profile.

STEP 3: Fill in the required information.

STEP 4: Click submit to generate RRR.

STEP 5: Make payment by following the instructions there in (Card, Bank USSD Phone number or Account number).

STEP 6: After successful payment Log in to complete the application by following the instructions at the Student’s Dashboard.

STEP 7: Print your Acknowledgement slip. jamb Portal

STEP 8: wait for CBT invitation (date, time and venue will be communicated) Jamb Result
