Store Manager NYSC Portal

Directly leads the Merchandise Manager, Customer Service Manager, and all store personnel under the direction of the District Manager. Through the MM and CSM, the Store Manager also leads the Support Lead, Freight Lead, and Lead Cashier (if applicable).

• In charge of operational execution and total store follow-up.
• Continuously finds, hires, trains, and retains associates and managers; discovers internal associate talent and offers possibilities for career advancement Information Guide Nigeria
• Responsible for monitoring and carrying out overall store standards in accordance with Brand Standards.
• Drives overall store profitability by focusing on whole-store sales and expense management.
• Responsible for ensuring that all cash handling policies, including opening and closing procedures, daily documentation, and bank deposits, are followed correctly.
• Ensure that all of the Standard Operating Procedures listed below are followed (SOP)
• Collaboration with the District Manager and Human Resources on employee coaching/counseling, performance documentation, and associate relations issues.
• All business communications are reviewed and prioritized/planned properly.
• Enter the associate and management schedules into Kronos and approve them.

• General Manager ensures that payroll budgets are managed according to plan on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Romantic Love Message

• The Store Manager is in charge of overall store execution, including but not limited to “Wow the Customer,” merchandising standards, operational processes, operational controls, personnel development, and sales drive.
• Your first priority as a Five Below leader is to contribute to the success of your shop. This implies that you not only perform in your capacity as Store Manager but also model leadership characteristics and perform as a manager on duty. As the Manager on Duty, you produce results on time, drive key performance metrics, and build brand loyalty by leading your team.
