All admission forms are obtainable at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank, Federal College of Education, Zaria, Kaduna State. Jamb Result

Candidates for both programmes are to visit the College portal to create profile:

1. Visit http://www.fcezaria.edu.ng

2. Click on the application form link to create an account: https://fcezaria.edu.ng/student-portal/login/

3. Login to the account to update your profile

4. Generate payment for EIDF and credential screening

5. Print the invoice at the College Bank (ZAFEC)

6. Print your application form and screening invitation and proceed to your various schools for screening.

B. Requirements for the Screening Exercise Jamb Portal

Candidates are required to present the following items at the point of screening:

i. JAMB DIRECT ENTRY e-registration slip for 2023/2024

ii. N.C.E / Diploma MABU Diploma /IJMB Original Certificate Statement of result

iii. Original O’level Statements of Results/Original Certificates

iv. Expression of Interest Data Form (EIDF) purchase at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank of the College at the sum of five thousand naira (N5,000) only including bank charges.

v. Evidence of payment of the sum of two thousand naira (N2,000), as screening fee paid at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank of the College.

vi. Screening Invitation Slip

vii. Evidence of uploading NCE and O’level Result on CAPS from an accredited JAMB CBT Center.

viii. Indigene Certificate

ix. Birth Certificate/Declaration of age.

The commencement date for screening exercise of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) Affiliate candidates would be announce later. NYSC Portal
