The nomination follows the National Judiciary Commission’s recommendation made at its 100th meeting on January 18 and is in compliance with Section 271 Sub-section (2) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 Constitution (as amended).

Somorin reports that the Chief Registrar of the High Court of Justice in Ogun State, Oluwafunke Omolara Odubanjo, Esq., the Chief Magistrate of the Ogun State Judiciary, Awofeso Ireti-Olu Babatunde, the Deputy Chief Registrar of the High Court of Justice in Ogun State, Adelaja Adeola Ireti, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice.
The others are lawyers Abimbola Christopher Shokunbi, Sunday Olufemi Adeniyi, and Ayodele Adebayo Omoniyi, all of whom have offices in Lagos.JAMB Result
