How to change your JAMB Email Address

To change your JAMB email address follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Visit the nearest JAMB approved CBT centre
• Step 2: Inform the JAMB attendant that you wish to change your JAMB email address
• Step 3: You will be directed to the right office where your request will be processed
• Step 4: You will be required to write an application letter for the correction of email addressHow to do JAMB Change of Institution
• Step 5: You will be required to provide your JAMB registration slip, the wrong email address, phone number, JAMB registration number, and National identification number (NIN)
• Step 6: The attendant will confirm your identity on the JAMB portal
• Step 7: You will be required to pay the processing fee
• Step 8: After making payment, your request will be processed.
• Step 9: You will get a notification from JAMB once your request has been approved.

You can make the wrong email address a valid email to receive JAMB notifications by following the procedures below:

• Step 1: Check the email address on your JAMB registration slip or on the JAMB portal
• Step 2: Copy out the email address exactly the way you see it
• Step 3: Go to the service provider of the email, and check if it ends with “Gmail.com” or “Yahoo.com” if it does, then its fine.
• Step 4: Click on the “create new email” icon
• Step 5: Enter the email address you wrote down earlier
• Step 6: If that email address is available, then proceed with the registration to make the email address valid
• Step 7: Verify your phone number, accept the terms and conditions, and then click on submit.

How to Link your Email address to JAMB

To link your email address to JAMB, follow the procedures below:

• Step 1: Open the “messages app” on your mobile phone
• Step 2: Type “Email and your email address” E.g. Email Johnemeka@gmail.com
• Step 3: Send the message to 55019 or 66019
• Step 4: Make sure you have fifty naira N50 airtime on your sim card, it will be deducted for the transaction.
• Step 5: After sending the message, a password will be sent to your phone number via text message
• Step 6: Your email has been linked to your JAMB CAPS. You can now use the email and password to log in to your JAMB portal.JAMB Result
