The legislator took to his verified Instagram account to explain why, despite the invitation, he was unable to join the Titanic tour.
According to Premium Times, he also eulogised Mr. Harding while remembering moments they had shared.
According to The Cable, Nwoko expressed his heartbreak at the loss and described Harding as a man who enjoyed experiences and challenges.
