In My Tenure ASUU Won’t Strike —Peter Obi

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, yesterday, said that the Academic Staff Union of Universities won’t go on strike if he becomes the next president of the country.Information Guide Nigeria

Obi speaking at a state rally in Owerri, Imo State, said that his government would dialogue with ASUU leadership to ensure that universities won’t be locked.
Obi also re-emphasized his commitment to providing jobs and turning the country from consumption to production, adding that he and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, had clean records in academics and public service.NYSC portal
