When asked why he added the line in the song about dancing Makosa, the singer explained that his Instagram followers adored the dance videos he used to post there.
He claimed that when he released Machala, he only intended for it to be recognised as a song he had written for Wizkid. He had no idea, however, that the song would go on to achieve such a level of success.
He claimed that he experiences a sense of grandeur whenever he encounters those who respond with ecstasy upon learning that he is the singer for the band Machala.
People used to recognise him on the street when he was only focused on performing skits, but now they go above and above and give him public hugs, he claims.
In response to the question of whether Big Wiz was called after the track was out, Carter responded that while he always praises Starboy, the Afrobeats musician never responds to any of his messages.
But he added that since he is aware of Wizzy’s character and that he just acted out of love, he does not anticipate a response or acknowledgement from the “Joro” singer.
The musician claimed that despite knowing Wizkid won’t respond, he consistently goes to his Instagram DM to praise him for being so responsive.JAMB Result
He added that because the money he is earning through music makes him feel happy, he has begun to be booked for performances and is now a full-time musician.
Carter also disclosed that he is already collaborating with other artists and considering the release of an EP. He claimed to have collaborated on a song with Ceeza Milli, a vocalist.
