This calendar comprises a detailed breakdown of all activities to be carried out by the institution and participated by the students for the next school year, from resumption to closing. This is to inform all students of the Kebbi State University of Science and Technology (KSUSTA) that the academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic session is out. The schedule of important events events for the 2023/2024 academic session are as follows;; Pounds to Naira

FIRST SEMESTER
Monday, 13th November – Sunday, 28th November, 2023: New Students Registration
Monday, 28th November, 2023 – Sunday, 3rd December, 2023: Returning Students Registration
Monday, 4th December, 2023: Commencement of first semester lectures
Monday, 18th March, 2024 – Saturday, 6th April, 2024: First Semester Examination
Sunday, 7th April – Sunday, 21st April, 2024: First Semester Break

SECOND SEMESTER
Monday, 22nd April, 2024 – Friday, 14th June, 2024: Second Semester Lectures
Saturday, 15th June – Sunday, 23rd June, 2024: Mid Semester Break/El Kabir Holiday
Monday, 5th August – Saturday, 24th August, 2024: Second Semester Examination
Sunday, 25th August, 2024 – Sunday, 3rd November, 2024: Second Semester Break (10 weeks)
Monday, 4th November, 2024: Commencement of 2024/2025 Academic Session.

Please note that the 10 weeks in the second semester break is to enable 200 & 300 Levels undergraduates undergo SIWES and Teaching Practice.
