LASUTH School of Anaesthetic Tech Admission Form 2022/2023. The Lagos state government trains medical health workers in the school of Anaesthetic Technology to become Anaesthetic technicians. Recently, they made it known that the admission forms are out for qualified candidates who would like to be trained in this field. Candidates can apply after going through this post for more details on the requirements and qualifications required, and method of application.

In this regard, the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja is starting its SCHOOL OF ANAESTHETIC TECHNOLOGY for the training of Anaesthetic Technicians. The School is now calling for applications from suitably qualified candidates who wish to train as Anaesthetic Technicians to be admitted into its 3 year part-time programme for the 2022/2023 academic session. Health Institutions can also sponsor candidates for the course which is strictly non-residential.


Five (5) O’level credits in WASC/NECO/SSCE at not more than 2 sittings and must be within the last five years, English and Mathematics are compulsory while possession of one credit in either Physics, Biology or Chemistry is required.


The training is for 3 years (Part-time)after which successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate in Anaesthetic Technology.


Interested and qualified candidates should obtain an application form from the Hospital Administration & Human Resource Department, MRC Building, LASUTH, Ikeja. Completed application forms should be submitted along with applicants’ Credentials, Curriculum Vitae (CV) and two (2) recent passport photographs to:

1-5, Oba Akinjobi, Ikeja, Lagos Stato.


Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Lagos, for screening purposes. Successful candidates will be invited to provide their original copies of relevant certificates for screening during an oral interview.
