Love or passion: what is the difference

Wonder how to distinguish between love and passion? To tell the truth, it is not that easy to do that unless you are 100-years old with a long beard and gray hair…No, no, no.

That is a joke. There are several signs that will help you to figure out whether it is true love or only passion rather quick. However, some of them might take some time. So let’s begin:

Love or passion: what is the difference

1. Love waits, lust rushes

If it is true love, you will wait for intimate relationships, unlike passion the sign of which is lust. Lust cannot wait: it needs to be fulfilled right here and right now while true love can wait for years.

However, if it lasts for several and more years, it is bad too, because a normal couple would like to have sex, though not very soon due to the fact it wants to test the feelings.

2. Love is humble, passion is self-centered

While people who are in love begin to undergo positive changes in their character and qualities, those who are just passionate about each other tend to look and behave like a devil.

They are egoistic and only want to have, but not to give, like a couple that is in love. The traits of character become milder and more tender if it is love, whereas in passion man and a woman would begin to hate each other within years, especially after sex apart from marriage.

3. Love never fails, passion is temporary

Sometimes you should take some time to test whether it is true love or only passion because real feelings never disappear.

Passion is like a vapor of water: it is quick, hot, but weighs almost nothing. Unlike love where it might be difficult sometimes to get over some issues in relationships, but it has long-term, even eternal results.

So think: maybe it is better to fall in love instead of having temporary relationships with no future?

How to protect yourself from passion and fake relationships?

1. Switch on your brain

Try to analyze everything you see and you hear. Of course, you will not protect yourself from all the mistakes, but the worst of them will be avoided.

One of such mistakes is to marry the wrong person who really does not love you.

2. Ask your closest friend’s opinion

Two smart minds working together are better than one mind. Sometimes your friends can really help you, but it is better to stay away from those “friends” who are over-conservative or super religious because their main motive is to condemn you and shine over you, but not to help.

3. Watch movies, cartoons, videos, pictures

Art can sometimes teach us a lot of things. You can understand many of the nuances of relationships out of the products of art because the words may not often explain everything to you.

Therefore, take a cup of popcorn and coke and there you go, friend.

Not really willing to conclude, ask your heart, whether you love her. If it says “Yes” and you feel that she likes you as well, even if she does not show it, go, get her, boy.

Even the biggest castle can fall one day, so be persistent, patient, and caring. Every girl likes it. Especially russian brides. Have a great day!
