Mohbad: Senator vows to seek Justices, ask Police to deepen probe

Kenneth Petty, the husband of famed American musician Nicki Minaj, has been sentenced to 120 days in house arrest.

Petty was sentenced for violating the terms of his probation by posting videos on social media that purported to threaten Cardi B’s husband, Offset.NYSC Portal

Petty was ordered to undergo home monitoring in a court order filed on Wednesday in the Central District of California after he “was recorded making threatening remarks to a specific individual while in the company of someone with a criminal record.”JAMB Portal

Rapper Offset was referenced as a specific individual in the order, and the clips are related to a series of remarks Petty directed at the rapper that surfaced on the internet on September 16th.JAMB Result

In the viral footage, Petty and part of his crew can be seen outside a New York City hotel where Offset is rumoured to be staying.

Petty threatens, “Plan that vacation, you are going to be planning your funeral pussy.”

Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1995 and sentenced to four years in jail in New York.InformationGuideNigeria

He was also sentenced to three years probation in July 2022 after pleading guilty to failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California in 2020.
