Mr Macaroni narrates ordeal with depression
Popular Nigerian comedian and actor, Adebowale Adedayo, better known by his stage name Mr Macaroni, has opened up about his personal battle with depression and how he was able to overcome it.
The talented artist recently took to his Twitter handle to share his inspiring story of triumph over hardship.

During this time, he battled with depression, which happened to coincide with his expulsion from university.
“I was dealing with depression in late 2017/2018, and that was the period I was expelled from university,” the comedian revealed.Information Guide Nigeria

Recalling the subsequent years of his struggle, he wrote, “From 2018-2019 was another round of depression. I continued hustling for roles again in Nollywood. I have been acting on and off since like 2011.”
In his pursuit of stardom, he came across some deceitful characters who capitalised on his aspirations and duped him into paying for forms time and again.
