In 2018, Mercy Chinwo was named Best Her Gospel Her Artist at the 2018 CLIMAX Awards.
In 2019, Mercy Chingwo was named African Gospel New Artist of the Year, African Gospel Female Artist of the Year, and African Gospel Female Artist of the Year at the 1st African Gospel Awards Festival (AGAFEST 2019). It was honored in the category of African Gospel Song of the Year (Excess Love).
