“It’s always incredibly difficult to go to St James’ Park and it’s been like that every time we played Newcastle, certainly in the nine years I was at Leicester,” Sadler told ChronicleLive. “But, last season, you sensed the confidence.
“The biggest compliment I could pay was how together you felt they were as a group. I don’t just mean the actual starting team but as a squad and as a staff. Not just the manager and his direct staff, but you really sensed the togetherness Eddie had built at the club. When you see a team united, it makes the challenge even more difficult.”
