Oluwo Announces Wedding Date With Kano Princess
The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, has revealed the date for his wedding to princess Firdauz Abdullahi, from the Ado Bayero dynasty in Kano State.Information Guide Nigeria
As reported by THE NATION, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi trended recently when a letter was allegedly written by the palace to Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola soliciting financial assistance for the wedding.

Akanbi who described the letter as “fake letter”, alleged that mischievous people were behind it.
According to an invitation given to The Nation, the Oluwo indicated the wedding will hold at the residence of Madakin Kano, Yola Quarters, Kano on March 19 by 11am.Jamb Result
THE NATION reports that the reception, which is strictly for ladies will hold at the Palace of Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero by 4pm on the same date.
