On Sunday afternoon, Sanwo-Olu was physically present at Amore Gardens, Lekki, Lagos, where the cooking marathon is taking place to cheer Hilda, who is fondly called the Jollof queen.

Tondon, who became the first woman in the world to set a new Guinness World Record, cooking for 87 hours and 45 minutes non-stop, wrote that she is looking forward to seeing Hilda’s name in the Guinness Book of World Records.NYSC Portal

The President-elect, Bola Tinubu, who is currently out of the country, would later show his support by leaving a comment on her Instagram Live.
He wrote, “IDAN doesn’t break, she breaks records. We are rooting for you Hilda.”
Later that same evening, Osinbajo, who couldn’t be physically present, put a call through to Hilda to encourage her.
While a cross-section of Nigerians has openly shown their support, not a few have physically shown up at the venue of the cooking marathon to cheer and encourage her.
There was also a cultural display by Akwa Ibom dancers, who entertained guests and cheered Hilda on.

Hilda, who is the founder of ‘My Food by Hilda’, a fast food restaurant located in Lagos, began the four-day cooking marathon on Thursday at 4pm.JAMB Result
The attempt will see Hilda take an hour break in-between every 12 hours of cooking.
Hilda, who is also an actress and a television producer, has shown her culinary skills on various Television Cook shows and represented Nigeria at the Jollof Faceoff Competition in 2021, emerging as the winner.
