Amidst the electrifying atmosphere of the Holy Ghost Conference 2023, the controversial pastor took centre stage on the second day of the event. The entire congregation, who were watching the live broadcast on the church’s YouTube page, eagerly awaited his address.

Apostle Johnson Suleman recently delivered a sermon that had the audience on the edge of their seats. During his message, he delved into the life and teachings of none other than the esteemed Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy.

In a candid confession to his audience, he revealed that despite his admiration for Pastor Chris, a friendship between them was simply not in the cards.

The protagonist delved deeper into his perspective, citing a conversation he had with Reverend John following the latter’s attendance at a pastoral symposium.

In a recent gathering, Apostle Suleman shared some exciting news with the attendees. Apparently, Reverend John had reported that a staggering 103 million individuals had signed up for the programme online. However, the numbers didn’t stop there. By the end of the meeting, over 110 million pastors had registered, making for an impressive turnout.

The individual insinuated a disparity between himself and Pastor Chris, pondering how the latter could successfully oversee such a substantial congregation.

Despite having no personal grudges against Pastor Chris, the individual believed that their differing social statuses made it impossible for them to form a friendship.

“Then I will now stand beside such a man and say, he is my friend? Never! Pastor Chris can’t be my friend. When you want to grow, stop equating yourself with those who have grown. I am not in his class. He is on a different world. Are you trying to say that God can’t use little things to correct him? God knows who He sends little things to for correction”, he wrote.NYSC Portal
