Portable set to face prosecution over unruly behavior to police

Nigerian street singer Portable appears to have put himself in more difficulty after his altercation with the Ogun state police.Information Guide Nigeria

According to GISTLOVER, the operatives informed Portable that a petition had been filed against him as he became agitated and demanded an explanation for the officers’ presence in the footage released on Tuesday.

Responding to the widely circulated video of Portable cursing at police officers, the CSO of the Nigerian Police Force, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said that Portable was likely to suffer persecution.NYSC Portal

CSP Adejobi revealed that after he declined to accept earlier invitations, some police officers stormed his bar to arrest him.

This led to his arrest though he resisted and caused a commotion at his bar.
