The ex-governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, has made known why he joined the immediate past governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike and Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state to support President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 elections. POLITICS NIGERIA reports.

“I came to share moments with the President and Commander-in-Chief, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” Fayose announced.
“I’m happy to be here, one to congratulate the good people of Nigeria on the fact that this is a new beginning, a renewed hope.”
Fayose stressed that Tinubu has all it takes to make Nigeria the envy of many adding that all hands must be on deck for the country to achieve greatness.NYSC Portal
“You will see him very alert and very clearly in the direction he wants to take the country, but he can’t do it alone, he needs all of us.
“Whosoever is in this saddle is Nigeria on the saddle [sic] and we must stand by him. We must give our best and I want to tell you that people like me, others like Wike, Governor Makinde, and other wonderful Nigerians, we have made up our minds that it is better to stand with a man of vision and to stand with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for the betterment of our country. That is why I’m here,” he added.
