The 30-year-old Kenyan socialite was accused of gaining access to tycoon PJ Dodhia Kumar’s TIMs/NTSA account and transferring ownership of a vehicle to herself without completing the proper succession procedures.

Kumar, her partner, died in April 2021 at the age of 61. After discovering that Shay Diva had stolen the automobile, Kamar’s family filed a police report.NYSC portal

The family pointed out that the tycoon only gave the socialite the Landcruiser on a ‘use and return basis’ because they were close at the time.

In her defense, Shay stated in court that the Landcruiser was given to her without her knowledge and that she discovered it when she accessed her NTSA account.

Diva was found guilty of fraudulently transferring possession of the Toyota Landcruiser despite being charged with three counts of interfering with the family estate, forgery, and stealing.
