Sola Ebiseni returns to PDP from Labour Party

Sola Ebiseni, the Secretary-General of the pan-Yoruba socio-political organization, Afenifere, has returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after a brief stint with the Labour Party.

Ebiseni, who was the South-West campaign coordinator for Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election, made his return to PDP at the party’s secretariat in Alagbaka, Akure, the Ondo State capital.informationguidenigeria

Ebiseni’s move back to PDP is reportedly driven by his ambition to contest for the governorship ticket of the party ahead of the 2024 polls in Ondo State. He highlighted that his time away from PDP was due to his role in Afenifere and stated that he never held any membership card of any political party other than that of the PDP.
