Specialist II Field Merchandising

  • Provide financial KPIs for the district and the relevant product area (Sales, Gross Margin, Unit movement, Shrink, Quality rating) Information Guide Nigeria

  • Identification of opportunity stores and support for turnaround plans
  • Communicate and strengthen fresh strategy understanding across the Fresh department workers and store management teams.

  • Conduct store visits, focusing the majority of your time on coaching and developing department workers in order to accomplish company goals and personal growth objectives.
  • Coaching regarding department standards of practice and SOPs
  • Work with HRM on talent planning and development, as well as identifying FT talent inside the store.
  • Provide Store Management and department workers with departmental expertise, direction, and training.
