Buhari uttered these words immediately after a brief ceremony at the Villa on Wednesday to honour the recently promoted Commander of the Brigade of Guards, Major General Mohammed Usman.
The President, with the assistance of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Faruk Yahaya, and the Commander’s wife, Dr. Rekiya Usman, conferred the rank of major general on the officer.

He said, ‘‘Those who work with me know I am very difficult to satisfy. But I have never had any reason, whatsoever, to report you to the Chief of Army Staff or the Minister of Defence.”
