The pan Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has described the people of Ebonyi South Senatorial District, comprising Afikpo North, Edda, Ivo, Onicha, and Ohaozara local government areas as the luckiest to have governor David Nwaeze Umahi, as their Senator-elect. According to him, Nigerians would have witnessed an impressive and robust National Assembly with Umahi at the helm of affairs, as Senate President, however, he said he remains one of the men to be watched out for in the incoming government.
