2. Online Application Form UNIDEL Admission Screening Date

3. Original Admission Letter

4. UTME Notification Result Pounds to Naira

5. Original D’Laval Result (Uploaded in Jamb Site)

6. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fee Waec Result

7 Local Government of Origin

8. Birth Certificate/Age declaration

9 Five (5) Passport Photograph (Rad Background)

10. A Reference Letter from your Guardian/Spansor

11. Two Reference letters from a reputable Clergyman. Imam, Lawyer or Civil/Public Servant From Grade Level 12 and above. Dollar to Naira Rate

12. Five (5) Photocopies each of all the document(s) listed above. Jamb form
