In an official statement released on Wednesday by the NNPP’s National Publicity Secretary, Abdulsalam Abdulrasaq, it was revealed that the departure of figures such as Prof Rufa’i Alkali, Prof Bem Angwe, Senator Othman Hunkuyi, and others was instigated by “high-handedness and an overwhelming ambition to seize control of a platform generously provided by Dr Boniface Aniebonam and its parent organization – NAGAFF for the upcoming 2023 general election.”
