YABATECH Approved Academic Calendar 2020/2021. Yabatech has released the approved academic calendar for 2020/2021 academic session. The calendar contains a breakdown of activities for the first and second semesters of the academic year. The essence of knowing the academic calendar is to help students especially, newly admitted students to schedule themselves and be in accordance with the upcoming activities of the school. Interested students should see the academic calendar below.

This is to inform all full time Students of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) that the management has released the academic calendar for 2020/2021 Session. YABATECH Approved Academic Calendar

2020/2021 FULL TIME ACADEMIC CALENDAR

 

FIRST SEMESTER (12 Lecture weeks + 1 revision week + 2 Exam weeks) = 15 weeks
1 Freshers’ registration Aug. 16th – Sept. 3rd, 2021
2 Academic board consideration of SEMIC cases and Results Sept. 1st – 3rd, 2021
3 Online Registration of all returning students Sept. 6th – Sept. 17th, 2021
4 Commencement of online lectures for all students Sept. 6th, 2021
5 Late Registration (with penalty) Sept. 20th –24th, 2021
6 ND II Industrial Experience SIWES (14 weeks) Aug. 2nd – Nov. 5th, 2021
7 Physical/classroom lectures for all students except ND II Nov. 1st – 26th, 2021
8 Physical/classroom lectures for NDII Nov. 8th – 26th, 2021
9 Matriculation for 2020/2021 Nov. 4th, 2021
10 Generation of Nominal roll Nov. 19th, 2021
11 End of Lectures and Certification of Candidates for Examination (75% attendance) Nov. 26th, 2021
12 Practical Examinations/Revision Nov. 29th – Dec. 3rd, 2021
13 First Semester Examinations/CBT Dec. 06th – 17th, 2021
14 Generation of ER4 Dec. 7th, 2021
15 Students vacate hostel Dec. 18th, 2021
16 First Semester Break Dec. 18th – Jan. 2nd, 2021
17 Marking and Post moderation of scripts Dec. 20th – Jan. 7th, 2021
18 Uploading / Processing of Result/ School Board consideration of result/ SEMIC cases Jan. 10th – 14th, 2021
