Adebutu said that the PDP was chasing the 2023 elections both physically and spiritually and urged the populace not to give up.

According to the gubernatorial candidate, the PDP wants to win for all of its candidates, from the president to the house of representatives.

Although Adebutu said that he occasionally grew weary of the insomnia that comes with campaigning, he insisted that he had made the decision to keep going in order to make the necessary sacrifices for the welfare of Ogun State.

He proclaimed that he had not entered the contest for governor in order to accumulate fortune, but rather to provide the people of Ogun with effective government and improve the state for everybody.

Dr. Sunday Solarin, the party’s secretary in Ogun, stated that the PDP must protect itself from any spiritual powers that might seek to sabotage all of the arrangements it has already set in place.

The women’s wing of the party, according to Solarin, had suggested the idea for the prayer session, which was the first of its type in the party.

Addressing newsmen, the PDP State Women Leader, Remilekun Olusoji, said: “We are here to seek the face of God and His protection before the campaigns begin. We are also here to seek peace and love in the PDP.

“We have prayed for victory for all our candidates. This was necessitated after a dream I had that required that we gather for a prayer session as a party. This we have done and we are now confident of victory at the polls.”JAMB Result
