Kwankwaso pledges to prioritise education, youth empowerment

The presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso, has committed to prioritise education and empower youth before to the 2023 general election.Infomation Guide Nigeria

Kwankwaso made the announcement during the opening of the NNPP’s presidential and governorship campaign office in Kano on Sunday.

In a speech to cheering fans, Kwankwaso predicted that by 2023, adolescents would be smiling and back in school.

“Those of you that are supposed to be in primary school will be back while the outstanding ones will be at foreign universities,” he said.

He stated that no nation could attain greatness without providing its residents with a highquality education that enables them to contribute to the nation’s growth.

He committed to guarantee that the education sector receives enough support.

Kwankwaso remarked that the massive crowd that greeted him in Kano indicated that Nigerians desired a new set of leaders. The presidential hopeful said that the NNPP was poised to win the 2023 presidential election against the major political parties in Nigeria.

“This crowd signifies the need and urge for new leadership not only in the state, but the country at large.

“The biggest surprise will come when our party, the NNPP will win the 2023 presidential election God willing,” he added.

The former governor added that the party had gained sufficient momentum to win elections in Kano and Nigeria, calling the NNPP as Africa’s most rapidly expanding political party.

He also admonished party followers against making incendiary and careless statements.
