HOW TO KNOW YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MIGRATED TO AIRTEL BLACKBERRY PLAN

Depending on the plan you have chosen, a message will be sent to your device informing you the migration has been successful.

WILL A SUBSCRIBER BE DISCONNECTED ONCE THE DATA IS CONSUMED OR EXPIRES

When a subscriber has consumed all the data purchased or the data has expired, the subscriber will now be charged at PAYU rates of 5 kobo per kilobyte to continue using internet service.

Subscribers though are advised that when their data expires or it has been consumed they should load a normal data bundle by SMS or USSD or purchase any data bundle plan on offer which suits their needs.

Postpaid customers interested in any of the plans can activate the plan by either visiting any Airtel office close to them or by making a request through a key account officer or manager.

WHAT DO POST PAID CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DO TO BENEFIT FROM THE PLANS

To partake and enjoy any of the plans available, a Postpaid subscriber should do the following

Make a request for data to be activated on the Postpaid sim

Migrate to the plan that was requested for

Agree to pay for the data rates available while browsing the internet which is outside the plan migrated to, with the understanding that the monthly limits includes voice and data related charges.

WHAT IS THE DATA TARIFF FOR POSTPAID SUBSCRIBERS WHEN THE BUNDLE EXPIRES

When Postpaid subscribers consume their data or it expires, they will be charged 5kobo per kilobyte to have access to the internet.

Β IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL POSTPAID CUSTOMERS

This service is available to both new and existing Postpaid customers

Β WILL POSTPAID CUSTOMERS BE DISCONNECTED WHEN THEY EXHAUST THEIR CREDIT LIMIT

Yes, Β Postpaid customers will be disconnected from voice calls when their credit limits expires. The subscribers will be able to still enjoy the BlackBerry and data transactions (PAYU) until the bundle is consumed or expires.

A Postpaid customer who migrates to any of the BlackBerry plans will have the amount of the plan chosen deducted from his or her account.

For example, if a subscriber has a 10000 Naira credit limit and decides to migrate to the BlackBerry Complete plan, he or she will have 1400 Naira removed from his or her account and will be left with 8600 Naira to be used for voice calls.

Once subscribers exhaust their voice credit limits, they will be barred from making voice calls but will still be able to use the BlackBerry services till they expire at the end of the monthly cycle.

Once the bundle expires, if the subscribers have not exhausted their credit limit, they will still be able to browse the internet at PAYU rates.

WHAT DOES A POSTPAID CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO TO SWITCH FROM ONE BUNDLE TO ANOTHER

Customers or subscribers who will like to switch from one BlackBerry Plan to another should contact their Key account managers and inform them of their decision at least one week before their plan ends at the end of its monthly cycle.
