Notably, the tribunal had previously ratified Senator Alli‘s win, subsequently dismissing the allegations brought forward by the PDP and NNPP representatives.JAMB Result

Unsatisfied with the tribunal’s judgment, both Tegbe and Gbogbolomo took their cases to the Court of Appeal.
Yet, on Friday, the Court of Appeal reinforced Senator Alli’s victory. Tegbe’s appeal was rejected on the basis of it being unmeritorious, reiterating the tribunal’s prior judgment. Concurrently, the court also declined Gbogbolomo’s appeal.JAMB Portal
