In accordance with the requirements of the Electoral Act, a Federal High Court in Damaturu, Yobe State, declared null and void the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Fika East and Jakusko State constituencies.

In addition, Justice Aminu cautioned the party against tampering with the list of valid delegates given to INEC.
Recall that DAILY POST previously reported that the court dismissed Abubakar Jinjiri vs. Bashir Machina and APC after the plaintiff abandoned the action against the two defendants.
