The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Returning Officer, Arnold Adimabua Osugo, on Sunday declared Hon. Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala winner of the rerun election in the Burutu North Constituency in Delta State, DAILYPOST reports.
Osugo, in the election result sheet, certified that Alapala of the All Progressives Congress, APC, polled 7,728 votes, while his closest rival, Hon. Asupa Forteta of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, garnered 6,616 votes.informationguidenigeria
