  • Collect and provide data for the development of systems to check, delineate, and fix compliance issues as directed.
  • Respond to complaints or difficulties from patients and employees by doing thorough troubleshooting and mitigation efforts.
  • Follow SOP as identified by current policies and procedures for the areas trained, which may include routine bacteriology, susceptibility testing, mycology, mycobacteriology, parasitology, molecular testing, and/or specimen processing, to perform manual, semi-automated, and automated patient and proficiency testing without errors.
