Solomon Dalung, the former minister of sports, has confirmed the passing of his son, Nehemiah Dalung.
The PUNCH has learned that Nehemiah, age 33, was bedridden with an unknown condition prior to the news of his death on Monday, October 24, 2022.Informaion Guide Nigeria
Dalung took to his Facebook page to announce the loss, saying, “Although Nehemiah’s life ended before we were ready, the time he spent in our lives was immemorable.

“Nehemiah Dalung was 33 years old. He was my son.”
“There are no words to express the deep pain and sorrow of losing one’s son at his prime age, but we take consolation in God who gives and takes.
“May his soul rest in peace,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, a few hours prior to the statement, the former minister posted a video of his unwell son on the same site, requesting prayers for Nehemiah’s survival.
