First Bank Pushes Financial Inclusion Drive In Schools

First Bank of Nigeria Limited, has reassured customers of its commitment towards financial inclusion in the country as it joined the rest of the world to participate in the 2023 edition of the Global Money Week (GMW) held recently.Information Guide Nigeria

LEADERSHIP reports that Global Money Week is an annual global awareness-raising campaign on the importance of ensuring that young people are financially aware as they acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours necessary to make sound financial decisions and ultimately achieve financial well-being and financial resilience.

With the theme, “Plan your money, plant your future” the 2023 edition of the Global Money Week (GMW) is specifically selected to prompt young people to be forward-looking.

The Global Money Week is also orgainsized to have a broad view of the environment and society in their financial decisions. It is focused on the impact of a prudent approach to money by children as it plays an important role in securing their future.
