The Cream version has Hazel Onion, Lime Green has Salty Lemon, Black Handset has Obsidian Pepper, and White has our favorite Snow Cheese. Note that Google’s images show the standard Pixel 7 in black and lime green, while the Pro is shown in off-green and white. It’s not clear if this is for illustrative purposes or if some shades are locked to specific phones.
Those aren’t the actual names of the color options on the Pixel 7 series. Google is actually using food to promote its phones, and some he’s shipping Pixel 4 devices in fun cereal box-style packaging, and he’s pairing chips with Pixel 6 devices again. I mean, it’s just a weird marketing game, albeit one that shows the phone’s colors in all its glory. In our research, hazelnut onions, obsidian pepper, or salty lemon were found in Korean cuisine, apparently, snow cheese (a powdered substance made of cheese, garlic, and onions, used to garnish certain dishes) cannot be identified as a flavor of cooking. The teaser was only posted on Google’s Japanese social media channels, so I’m assuming it’s a coincidence.
We’ve seen a lot of colors in action since Google unveiled its Pixel 7 smartphone earlier this year, but these new images have a different meaning.JAMB Result
