How to Open JAMB Portal Using Email address

If you are a candidate for the JAMB UTME/DE examination, then you probably already have your JAMB email address and password. Follow the procedures below to access the JAMB portal using your email address and password:How to Retrieve JAMB Registration Number

  • Step 1: Visit the JAMB official website via https://www.jamb.gov.ng
  • Step 2: Navigate to E-Facility and click on it
  • Step 3: Click on the UTME/DE profile link
  • Step 4: Enter your JAMB email address into the required column
  • Step 5: Enter your JAMB password into the required column
  • Step 6: Click on the login icon
  • Step 7: You have successfully logged into the JAMB portalNpower recruitment

Note: If you are unable to access the JAMB portal then you must have entered a wrong email address or password

How to Recover your JAMB Password

If you are unable to access the JAMB portal due to wrong password, follow the steps below to retrieve your JAMB password:

  • Step 1: Visit the JAMB e-facility portal via https://www.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/login
  • Step 2: Click on “reset your password
  • Step 3: You will be redirected to a fresh page where you will be required to provide some information
  • Step 4: Enter your JAMB email address
  • Step 5: Enter your valid date of birth
  • Step 6: Click on “Get a password reset link
  • Step 7: After clicking on the link, a message will be sent to you via email containing a link to reset your JAMB password.WAEC result
  • Step 8: Open the message and click on the “reset my password” link
  • Step 9: You will be redirected to a new page to reset your password
  • Step 10: Click on “create a new password” then enter your preferred new password
  • Step 11: Your password has been successfully changed. Now you can use the procedures above to access the JAMB portal.

Note: If you do not have a JAMB account, you will not be able to access the JAMB portal.

How to Create an Account on JAMB

Without creating a JAMB profile, you’ll not be able to access the JAMB portal. To create a JAMB profile, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to messaging app on your mobile phone
  • Step 2: Type the message “NIN then space then your 11 digit NIN” e.g. NIN 23781126285
  • Step 3: Send the message to “55019
  • Step 4: You will receive a 10 digit code which serves as your profile code
  • Step 5: Take the code to the nearest JAMB CBT centre to complete the procedure

OR,

  • Step 1: Visit the JAMB official website via https://www.jamb.gov.ng
  • Step 2: Click on “E-facility
  • Step 3: Click on the “create e-facility account/login” icon
  • Step 4: Click on “Create an account”
  • Step 5: A form will be displayed for you to fill
  • Step 6: Enter your valid email address, phone number, and secret question
  • Step 7: You will be required to confirm your email address and phone number
  • Step 8: After completing the form, click on verify email
  • Step 9: An email will be sent to you, open the email and click on “continue your profile creation
  • Step 10: Click on “proceed to login” to access the JAMB portalJAMB Result
