
IGP Cautions Against Police Attacks In South-East
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr Usman Baba, has warned against attacks on police officers, facilities, and other police operational assets in the South-Eastern part of the country.Information Guide Nigeria
According to NEWS DAIRY, the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, made this known in a statement on Thursday, in Abuja.

NEWS DAIRY reports that Mr Usman Baba gave the warning as a result of the recent spate of ruthless attacks and murders of Police officers in the line of duty, particularly, in the South East, where police stations were also attacked.
According to him, the destruction of critical national infrastructure would be strictly treated in accordance with extant laws.Jamb Result
As reported by NEWS DAIRT, Mr Usman Baba ordered the immediate deployment of additional operational assets to complement officers and men attached to ‘Operation Restore Peace in the South East.’
Mr Usman Baba assured Nigerians of the commitment of the force in protecting lives and property.
He also stressed the importance of respecting and protecting the lives and fundamental rights of Police officers and other security operatives.
