International Breweries appoints company secretary
International Breweries Plc has announced the appointment of Mr Ayokunle Ayoko as company secretary and general counsel with effect from January 16, 2023.Information Guide Nigeria
This is following the retirement of Mr Muyiwa Ayojimi on December 31, 2022, after over a decade of service to the company.

Ayoko served as company secretary to FBN Insurance Limited, FBN General Insurance Limited, and FBN Insurance Brokers Limited before joining Berger Paints Nigeria Plc in 2018 as company secretary and legal adviser.NYSC portal
The newly appointed company secretary holds an L.L.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Ibadan, an executive diploma in international law and diplomacy from the Kingsland Foundation.JAMB portal
He is a member of the Institute of Directors, and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Nigerian Bar Association.
He is also certified in global governance and diplomacy from the European School for Leadership Development.
Ayoko is a certified compliance analyst, chartered secretary, and a certified management consultant.
