Italian coffee ventures is a trading company with large stocks of luxury coffees from different brands like Nespresso, Caffitaly Lavazza, illy, and Dolce gusto. Also, the brand makes all kinds of deals on coffee machines, including accessories in Nigeria. Our utmost business goal is to provide unquantifiable services that would leave our consumers with a mind-blowing impression. We provide the best and ensure to deliver quality products to our clients.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Online Sales Operator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Handle lead generation and book appointments
  • Train staff in products, market and processes for sales excellence
  • Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
  • Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management
  • Hire, onboard and mentor employees.

Requirements and Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.

2.) Graphic Designer / Video Creator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus with 1-2 years experience
  • Proven video and graphic designing and experience ecommerce experience will be an advantage)
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effect etc)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

3.) Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g.original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g.Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements and Skills
Good to have Social Media Manager skills:

  • B.Sc Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Proven 1 – 2 years of work experience as a Social media manager (To anEcommerce website will be an advantage)
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channelsand tools.
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.

Remuneration
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
