Speaking during a World Press Conference, ahead of Tuesday’s PDP Presidential and Gubernatorial campaign rally in Jos, Hassan lamented, “Our people are being slaughtered and killed in thousands, particularly women and children held up at Internally Displaced Person camps, while our Governor is absent from his post. “We are dealing with a leader, who, instead of being prepared to die for his people, is ready to die for an individual”, because, according to him, “I will die for Buhari because he is my helper”, equating God with an individual.NYSC portal

Hassan also noted that “the truth is that our people are wiser than they were in 2015 and 2019, and would make informed decisions as they go out to cast their votes.”JAMB portal
The Plateau State PDP Chairman also accused Governor Lalong of administrative malpractices including a dubious recruitment scheme. “There is at this moment a rush to recruit only relations into the State civil service without following due process.
“This is in a desperate attempt to get the attention of some unsuspecting Plateau people.”
Accordingly, Hassan has challenged Lalong to publish the names of those so far employed for the public to examine and scrutinise the appointments, in terms of even spread across the State.JAMB Result
