Reason I want tribunal to nullify Oborevwori’s victory – Gbagi

The governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Delta State, Kenneth Gbagi, yesterday asked the election petition tribunal in the state to nullify the declaration of Sherrif. THE NATION reports.

Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party  (PDP) was declared winner of the March 18, 2023 governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).Information Guide Nigeria

In the petition filed on April 6, 2023, Gbagi contended that as at the time of the election, Oborevwori was not qualified to run for governor, adding that he also did not meet the requirement to be elected and returned by majority of lawful votes.NYSC Portal
