According to Sanwo-Olu, the automobile industry required the support of financial institutions to continue to expand their operations and create jobs for the public. jamb results
He added that without such support, growth in the sector would be limited, while the unemployment rate would continue to climb.
He said: ”We are also partnering with GAC Motor on an assembly plant in the state. This is a partnership between the Lagos State Government and the company.
”This shows we are not just buying finished products, but we are also partnering with the company to boost employment opportunities. The brands of GAC are actually around employment generation. And for us, this is another very first.”
