Mavin Records postpone release of next single in response to recent events
In response to the untimely passing of Davido’s kid, the Nigerian record label Mavin Records has announced that they will delay the release of their single.Information Guide Nigeria
On November 4, 2022, Mavin Records planned to release “Won Da Mo,” the lead single from their forthcoming compilation album. Due to the demise of Davido and Chioma’s son Ifeanyi Adeleke, they have announced a change in their plans.

The release has been delayed until November 9, 2022, per the announcement.

This adds Mavin Records to the list of musicians who have delayed planned releases in the wake of the tragic death of 3-year-old Ifeanyi Adeleke, who was said to have drowned in a pool at the family’s Banana Island residence.
Earlier today, November 3rd, Wizkid also announced the postponement of his forthcoming album ‘More Love, Less Ego’ due to recent unfortunate occurrences.
Fans, colleagues, Nigerians, and notable figures from around the world have continued to express their sorrow for the tragic loss of the toddler whose death has cast a shadow over the Nigerian music business.
