The First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari, has praised her husband’s support for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), saying it is driven by his belief in one Nigeria. VANGUARD reports.Information Guide Nigeria
Mrs. Buhari made the statement at the flag-off of special medical outreaches under the Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers (HIRD) organized in commemoration of the Scheme’s 50th anniversary on Tuesday in Abuja.

She commended the scheme for its efforts in promoting national unity and urged Nigerians to support the NYSC in achieving its objectives.
“Mr. President is particularly passionate about the NYSC. His support for this scheme is driven by his belief in one Nigeria and sincere appreciation of the contribution of these young men and women to this effect.
