Sporting CP striker Victor Gyokeres has been reported as a possible target for Chelsea, although football.london understands that there is no interest from the Stamford Bridge club. Osimhen, who helped Napoli win the Serie A title last season, is another player linked with a move to the capital.

With the possibility of Osimhen leaving the club either this month or in the summer, Napoli are seemingly preparing for life without their No.9. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A club has reached an agreement with Hellas Verona to sign striker Cyril Ngonge.JAMB Result

It’s been stated that an €18 million (£15.5 million) fee has been agreed between the two clubs. It’s not stated, though, if the arrival of Ngonge would directly affect the future of Osimhen at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.NYSC Portal

Osimhen recently spoke about his future with Napoli, and how he is happy to remain with the Serie A club. The striker has scored 67 goals in 119 appearances for Napoli and says that he has the full support of club president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

“I am happy with the president (De Laurentiis),” Osimhen told Sky Sports Italy. “I have an excellent relationship with him, I am sincere. I have a really good relationship with him, he has always been close to me since I arrived at Napoli in 2020 and I also have an excellent relationship with his family.JAMB Portal

“For me, it is important to have a good relationship with the owner of the team. There have never been any problems between us, what happened has nothing to do with my relationship with him or his family. “The president told me he always supported (me), even off the pitch, and I gave my all to win the scudetto for them too. It’s always important to have this type of relationship with the owner of the club.”
