In a recent interview with Net Nigeria, Daniella stated that nothing occurred between the houses, denying that she and Khalid had personal moments under the duvet in the Big Brother house.

Daniella also discussed her current connection with Khalid, revealing that the two were no longer in a romantic relationship, but were okay as friends.
She said:
“IN REGARDS TO THE VIDEOS, NOTHING HAPPENED BETWEEN I AND KHALID”.!
“THERE WAS NO S$X IN THE BIG BROTHER’S HOUSE FOR ME AND KHALID”.
“LIKE I SAID IN THE HOUSE, ANY DECISION THAT I MAKE IN THE HOUSE IS NOT IN RESPECT TO ME AND KHALID HAVING A THING AGAIN BECAUSE I FELT THERE AS A PERSON WON’T PROBABLY OVERLOOK”.
“WHEN I CAME OUT OF THE HOUSE, I ALSO SAID IT IN MY RECENT INTERVIEWS THAT THE BOTH OF US WILL HAVE A CONVERSATION AND I WOULD CLEAR OUT THE AIR AND MAKE SURE I APOLOGIZE IF I NEEDED TO APOLOGIZE NOT ON BASIS OF HAVING ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM”.
